Adding multiple email addresses in Send an Email V2

Hi There,

I am new here and I have created a flow where when a microsoft form is filled out, an email is to be subsequently sent.

The email has to be sent to 5 different email addresses, but when I enter them separated by semicolons ( ; ) The flow fails.

Is there a specific way multiple email addresses should be entered?

Thanks in advance!!

    Hi @Anonymous,

but where  are the SMTP email addresses in format jdoe@contoso.com;nfoe@contoso.org ?

Hi @VictorIvanidze I removed them from the screenshot due to potential data protection issues.

Would this be the proper format? jdoe@contoso.com;nfoe@contoso.org without any spacing?

    Cheers

Spacing doesn't matter - just use ; as a divider.

I added the emails, ran a test and have the below error:

The "inputs.parameters" value of the "Send_an_email_(V2)" workflow task of type "OpenApiConnection" is invalid. Error details: The "emailMessage/To" input parameter must be of type "String/email". The runtime value ""Alexander.Thurin@tricontes360.com;Eurowings-WFM@tricontes360.com;Eurowings-PL.Thessaloniki@tricontes360.com;lamprini.zindrou@tricontes360.com;charoula.dimitriou@tricontes360.com;Eurowings-TL.Thessaloniki@tricontes360.com;Dijana.Dragidella@tricontes360.com\n\n\n\n\n\n\n"" to be converted does not have the expected format "string/email".

It seems you have to remove several new lines (\n)  from the string.

This is how I entered the addresses into the flow (above)

Do you have any idea what I can be doing wrong here?

Initialize a string variable with all addresses you need and use only this variable in the From: field.

    @Anonymous ,

Just add one more semicolon after your last email.

Hopefully this should solve your issue.

    Thanks

    Vivek

    Hi @Anonymous
As @VictorIvanidze has suggested, try to initialize a string variable of all the email addresses you'd like to send the email to separated by a ; and then use that variable in the 'send email' activity.
