I'm stuck and please help how to solve this issue.

Click on "invalid connection" for any of the connections shown. You will be prompted to enter your password. The Invalid connection indication will go away and you can use that connection by selecting it.

If the connections shown are not for your account, click on "Add a new connection".

If you cannot update the connection as suggested by Scott, I would delete the connection by clicking the three dots and choosing delete from the menu. You will be prompted with a list of flows, if any, the connection is used by:

Make a note of this, and then re-add a connection to the affected action in your flows.

Hi David,

When I try to delete and create connection manually, I got the following error.

Since my account is for Microsoft Power Up Program (Learning Account), do you think that I may not have been granted sufficient permissions by the admin?

Hi Scott,

I've attached the error screenshot.

1. I've click on invalid connection and log in with my correct credential, It does loading for a second and it doesn't change. The same error.

2. I tried to add new connection in this page. But, still the same. It doesn't do anything.

I don't know how the environment has been set up for those involved in the Power Up program. You are supposed to be paired with a mentor from my understanding, so I would check with them. From the error message, what you want to use has not been configured for your environment. Only an environment admin will be able to change the settings to allow it to work.
