I have a flow, and I'd like to use the new designer with it but I keep getting the message box message below:

I tried exporting and importing but that didn't work. It's a large flow, so it's not easy to recreate from scratch.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, but I don't think you have a choice. Creating it from scratch looks like the way to do it, if the flow format is not coopering.

I've run into the same issue. My problem though is that I built the flow from scratch this morning, have run it dozens of times to test, and now it won't run anymore and it giving me this error. I'm not going to rebuild from scratch again, I would just like some kind of explanation from Microsoft as to why it was working fine all morning and now it's telling I can't do it. Obvisouly I CAN and it works.

I clicked in "See reasons" and appeared a message with the problem. After solved, the flow worked fine.

thank you, for my flow message is says 'contains too many actions'. Not sure about any limits. Flow was build using parallel branches and 7-8 scopes blocks

Not sure what is nesting actions? Definitely not exceeding 500 steps …

Name Limit Notes

Actions per workflow	500	Flows with a large number of actions may encounter performance issues while you edit them, even if they have fewer than 500. Consider using child flows to reduce the number of actions in a single flow or if you need more than 500.
Allowed nesting depth for actions	8	Add child flows if you need more than eight levels of nesting.

Hi to all, we have same issue, but in my case we have available the "Save" button. Just saving the flow solved my issue and the message is gone away. Hope this can helps.
