Can't execute a flow in Excel

Hello all,

 

I have made a copy of an existing flow where I create in Planner actions based on lines in Excel. This copy does not work, when starting Flow in Excel the 'run' button remains gray and cannot be executed. What am I doing wrong?

    I followed the mentioned solution in that post and even added a new flow. Both arrows remain gray...
