Running automation on a Windows App virtual machine (RemoteApp)

I have a workflow that automates filling in fields in the OSGT system located on a virtual machine.
The client does not provide full access to the machine so that I can install the Power Automate agent, and so while he was using CITRIX, the automation was done via image.

The problem: the client now uses Windows App (RemoteApp) and the automation via image no longer works. The strange thing is that he recognizes the image and when the RemoteApp window is not the focus, he can even move the mouse, but with a simple click command nothing else works in Power Automate (not even a simple action of moving the mouse to coordinates 1,1 for example).
Note: Installing the Power Automate agent on the client's machine is not a viable option.
