Power automate get a Excel link in a email

I would like to know if there is any way that in an email where a file is shared in Sharepoint, that link can be collected and then in the flow the file can be called in a Sharepoint action.

Let me explain, let's suppose that I am the owner of the file, I share it by email with someone so that they can give it the OK, when that person responds to the email with the OK, I need the flow to take that file, convert it to pdf and send it to the email that responded with the OK.

I have not been able to figure out how to collect the ID or the link from the email since I need this automation not to be for a specific file but every time an email with 'X' subject arrives with different files.

Hi, @Mark Nanneman thanks for your answer. I've been trying to test your answer, but I'm having a problem. In the third part: Filter Array- SharePoint URLs, the output is empty. Could you explain to me how you set the Filter Query value? Thank you very much.

There's probably a better way to do this (maybe with approvals or a canvas app or something) but this sounded like a fun challenge and I had a few minutes to kill.

Easiest method would be to use an AI Builder prompt or extract to get sharepoint links (and also sharepoint site path and relative file path) out of the email body from the trigger.  You could alternatively create a Low Code Plugin in Dataverse Accelerator that could take the email body as input and use a Power FX MatchAll() function to look for and return a sharepoint link.

If you can't do that and want to do it with standard built-in power automate actions, and string and array manipulation expressions in a cloud flow, here's how I did it.
