Recently, I encounter the error as image below when I try to save the flow on PAD.

I submitted a request for support. We received this response:
"I have been informed to this point that a further update on the status of the deployment will be available by Tuesday next week. The fix which will be deployed is being validated by the team now, and deployment is anticipated to begin this weekend, and when it will be officially deployed to all effected tenants is what I am currently seeking further confirmation on (and will hopefully have a better estimate by Tuesday)"

I'm facing the same issue, I had to disable triggering an external desktop flow. Hopefully a further update resolves this.
Did you get any solution for this above issue.
