All My workflows create action is not working

All my Power Automate workflows with the ‘Create file’ action are failing with a ‘File not found’ error.
 
Previously, all 34 workflows were working fine without any issues, but now none of them are working.
 
Any outage?

    I just searched and found that this issue is being reported by multiple users. Flows using the “Create file” action are failing with a “File not found” error, even though folder paths and permissions have not changed. This suggests it may be a broader Power Automate service issue rather than a problem specific to individual flows.
     

    If this is a similar issue to yours, You can check the Microsoft 365 Service Status (https://status.office.com) to see if there are any ongoing outages affecting Power Automate, OneDrive, or SharePoint. Since this appears to be a wider service issue, you may monitor the service for a short period. If these workflows are critical, it is recommended to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

    The "File Not Found" error in a Create file action (especially for SharePoint or OneDrive) often occurs because the account used for the connection no longer has access to the Root or the Folder path, or the connection itself has become "Stale."
