Unable to Edit flow

Good morning all,
 
I'm new to the community. I am getting can't edit flow error when i try to edit my flow and it's not also running.. But the flow has been working before now and can also edit it.
 
I will attached the error.. Pls help out as it's affecting my deliverables at work.

    There are currently issues with adding attachments to posts that they do not get released from the virus scan. Please put your image directly into your post or write the error message you are getting in the post itself. I assume you can get to your flow, which should indicate it is not a permissions issue.
