unable to define the specific hours for my schdule flow

my advance setting is only showing those option, without the settings to define spefic hours only:-
 
 
 
any advice?

    You have already specified the specific hour. The flow will start at 5 AM Eastern Time on April 10 and then run every hour then on (e.g. 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, etc.). You can only specify the time when you choose month or day as the frequency.

    The reason you aren't seeing the options to define specific hours or minutes is due to the Frequency you have selected.

    In Power Automate, the "At these hours" and "At these minutes" parameters are context-sensitive. They only appear when the Frequency is set to a unit larger than the specific time you want to target.
