Data Gateways not showing

Hello All,

Can some one please help me out why gateway is not showing for me even though i reinstalled it several times. I also matched the region of data gateway as well as the region of my environment are same but still gateway is not popping up in the power automate because of which i cant connect to oracle database through power automate cloud. You have to be set up as a gateway owner or gateway connection creator to be able to use it for Power Platform connections.

i am the admin as well as i checked in other scenario by assigning myself as creator and making my team member as admin , but still gateway was not displaying .

Which of your actions requires the use of a gateway? Did you try to create a new connection for that action?

Hi Ibendlin,

I am extracting the information from invoices using AI builder and i want to store those extracted information in oracle database (on premise) so to connect with the oracle database it asks for gateway connection. I created the gateway then as in the figure above i posted you can see the gateway name is not appearing for me even though its saying gateway is online and ready to be used.Even when i want to create new connection using this gateway in admin page , i am unable to create connection .

You may have wanted to mention the "Oracle" part from the beginning. Are you planning to use TNSNAMES.ORA or a TNS-less connection?
