Difficulty in populating the date picker

I've tried the populate text activity method, however that also doesn't work.

 

The date picker type here has no text field.

 

What I'm trying to do is to pull the date from Excel and populate it to the webpage.

Can someone suggest a workaround for this?

    To be clear, there is no cell present in the worksheet with the date? Only this above date picker with the date on it?

    No, there are other bunch of text fields and drop down as well (which has text option on it) except for this date picker. I tried to use OCR to locate the day but it's a hit or miss. 😅

     

    For example when I pick 8, OCR also recognize the number which has a identical number on it (eg. 18, 28 ).

    Hi @danielle365 

    Datepickers do cause problems and are not straightforward to interact with.

    Since you mentioned it is a webpage, go to the source code of the page (Rt click -> View source) and see what is happening behind the scenes when a date is selected. Generally a javascript function is called OR the date is assigned to a hidden textfield. In these cases you can try to invoke the javascript from PAD or write to that hidden field.
