I am very new to automate, and relatively new to teams, but I am trying to see if this flow is possible. I have a list created for our company, that we plan on using for our service team. I have modified the template "Issue Tracker" to suit our needs.
My question is...
When a new item is created on the list (or essentially in Sharepoint) I would like to send a MS Teams "Activity" alert based on the user. I know that Sharepoint natively can send an email for this, which I currently have working. Although I think it would be much more streamlined if I could send to a specific users phone (MS Teams) directly. This way they see the alert in MS Teams, and can refer to the list all within the same app.
Would something like this be possible?
