I have a business Power Automate Desktop license. I have setup the environment - USA-sandbox. I am NOT seeing the 'Record with Copilot' Option. My current power automate version is - Version: 11.2601.105.0

Same issue for me as well, I have a trial version of Power Automate Premium, and set up an environment of type developer, region: USA, and the Record with Copilot Button is not showing to me. Coming like this for me:
