Updating adaptive card that's awaiting user response

Hello there, I am trying to figure out a way to update an adaptive card that was posted to MS teams and awaiting response from the user. When "Post an adaptive card and await response" is used there's not message id to update it. For example, consider a case where the card is posted and needs to be cancelled on certain condition etc.

    Your last action should also return the messageId and conversationid values. That can be used in an update action as well.
     
    Btw, can you share what the setup is of your actions?
