I am trying to pick a date on a web page date picker, the code of the calendar is here.  I have the variable correct with the date I want to select, but cannot figure out how to configure my UI Element.  I currently have    td[Name="%MyDate%"]     but it fails

    Hi @RedCoatinOhio1

    Try this css selector

    td[title="%MyDate%"]

    remember MyDate should be in format of MMM dd, yyyy

    Hope it helps 🙂

    Mark it as solution if it resolves your query 🙂

    @Nived_Nambiar , thank you for the suggestion, but that did not work either unfortunately.

    Hi @RedCoatinOhio1

    Is it possible to share the datepicker url if it is publicly available ?

    Unfortunately I cannot share any more of the page, it is an internally developed site.

    Hi @RedCoatinOhio1

    May be reason why selector is not working is not able to find the date , for example: the calendar is of month dec 2022, but you want date as july 2023, in such cases it won't work actually. you have to do ui automation to select the date

    If possible, could you show how UI of calendar looks so that i can suggest the step to automate it 🙂

    I found my issue, I was using "Hover mouse over UI element in window", and the UI selector just wasn't picking up the right information.  I switched to "Press button on web page" and then the UI selector picked the right element of the table showing and I could change it with my variable:
