Machine-runtime app install error

Hello,

 

I am trying to install machine-runtime app because it wasn't installed at first by the admins.

 

Now after I press the install button then I get an error without any details.... I tried to search for the Correlation ID (296ba9b9-d976-4995-888c-e4f35f43f0f6) but I couldn't find anything also...

 

Any idea which could be the issue?

    I suggest checking Application logs under the Windows Event Viewer for any errors being logged at around the time when your installation failed. It will usually contain more info on the issue and may lead to finding a solution.

    Thank you for your answer. I already checked the event log but I couldn't find something very specific. 

     

    The problem was with my rights. The admin eventually connected to my PC and used his credentials so it worked. 🙂
