What is your question or what are you having trouble with? If you are not sure how to begin, I suggest you start by getting some training in Power Automate, which is available at Power Automate on Microsoft Learn | Microsoft Learn. The first three modules cover how to get started, how to manage user information, and how to send an approval.

Your post does not explain in any detail what your needs are. Are you onboarding a new student, new employee, a new patient, some other type of onboarding. What needs to be approved and by whom. I am also not sure what you mean by "it should be popup to asset onboarding teams mail." You would use Outlook to send an e-mail, and Teams to send a chat message or post a message to a Team's channel.

Note: the link to the above training is available in 30 languages. You just need to adjust the locale section of the URL to switch to a different language: https://learn.microsoft.com/{locale}/power-platform/

    Example:

    • American English: /en-us/
    • German: /de-de/
    • French: /fr-fr/
    • Japanese: /ja-jp/

I tried to break down your requirement based on the keywords you mentioned like "onboarding form in Teams, email, approvals, and notification to asset team mail".

If I understood correctly, you are trying to build an onboarding and approval process using Power Automate and Teams. Let me outline what that would look like end to end.

Step 1: Create the onboarding form in Teams
You can do this using either:
         Microsoft Forms
         Power Apps embedded inside Teams
Users will fill in details such as new employee onboarding or asset request information.

Step 2: Trigger Power Automate flow
Once the form is submitted, a Power Automate flow should trigger automatically.

Step 3: Send approval to approver
Use the Start and wait for an approval action.
The approver receives an email or Teams approval request
They can approve or reject directly

    Step 4: Handle approval outcome
    If Approved:
Send a notification to the Asset team
    You can:
Send an email to the asset team mailbox
Or post a message in a Teams channel
    If Rejected:
Notify the requester with rejection status

Step 5: Notify Asset Team (your “popup” requirement)
For what you mentioned as "popup to onboarding teams mail", you can:
Use Post a message in Teams channel for real-time visibility
Or send an email to a shared mailbox used by the asset onboarding team
Teams notification is usually preferred because it’s more visible than email.

    Overall Flow
    User submits onboarding form
            ↓
    Power Automate triggers
            ↓
    Approval sent to manager
            ↓
    Manager approves or rejects
            ↓
If approved → Notify Asset Team (Teams or Email)
    If rejected → Notify requester

Very importantly, please provide all the details properly with clarity of what you want, as suggested by @David_MA this helps community members to help you with your needs, else we need to shoot the answers by assumptions. You can also use the shared links to get more information on Power Automate. Happy (low) coding!

my recommendation is to build the solution using Power Apps in Teams + Dataverse + Power Automate Approvals. This provides the best balance of user

    experience, maintainability, scalability, and auditability.

    Like below :

Power Apps (Teams) + Dataverse  + Power Automate Approvals   + Teams Notifications + Planner Tasks + Power BI Reporting

Sunil's outline is the right approach Start and wait for an approval covers the email/Teams approve-reject piece cleanly, and routing the post-approval notification to a shared mailbox or Teams channel matches what you described as the 'popup.' One thing I'd add: for a Teams-native onboarding experience, consider using an Adaptive Card posted directly in Teams via Power Automate (Post adaptive card and wait for a response) instead of just Forms

it keeps the whole approve/reject interaction inside Teams without the user leaving the app, which tends to get much higher response rates than email approvals."
