Get List Item based on Latest Modified line

Hello,

I am building a flow integrating MS List. I need to obtain the "list item" that was recently modified item, whenever the flow runs.

I have tried using the Get Items 'Order By' functionality. Used the command "Modified desc&$top=1", but it did not extract the proper value.

Seeking help on how to obtain the item.

That approach seems prone to errors.

Someone could edit an item on the list and now that is the most recently modified and it might not correspond to what item you are attempting to reference with this flow.

This is the item I need. There are several controls on who can modify and how the items can be modified. But, at the flow run-time, I need that item which was modified recently.

I cannot just select the highest ID no. because though it is the latest one created, but might not be the latest modified.

Ok, if you know that process will work for you.

In a Get Items - Order by field you need to put Modified Descending so it will be Modified Desc

In the Top Count of the Get Items, put 1.

So this will order the items by Modified descending and get the top 1

Order By - Modified desc - Top Count 1Order By - Modified desc - Top Count 1

This worked. Thank you so much.
