The workflow sometimes runs repeatedly

Dear Support Team,
 
Our workflow is set to start after a file is uploaded, we upload one file and the workflow sometimes runs repeatedly.

    Your flow is most likely retriggering because:
    • the file gets modified after upload
    • your flow updates the same file
    • SharePoint generates multiple modification events
    Best fixes:
    • use “When file created” instead of “created or modified”
    • add a Processed flag column
    • use trigger conditions
    • enable concurrency control
    • avoid updating the same file unless necessary

    Just wanted to add that I'm getting the same problem in the last 2-3 weeks. Flows that trigger off of "When a file is created" are suddenly triggering 2-3 times. These are flows that I've had in place for years and have never had this habit before. We saw this same problem a few years back, Microsoft did something on their end and it cleared up.
