Hi there!
Adding on here: YES, and I am doing this for hundreds of transactions a week. Essentially, you can visit a webpage, for each link, click through, click on download link (or click a button depending on your website) and loop through all invoices on a webpage, even using pagination at the bottom to go to the page 2, page 3, etc.
If it's an option, sometimes I will set the page size to the maximum, such as 200 per view and you can skip pagination and work with one webpage.
As suggested, there are a handle of ways to do this but the EASIEST WAY to start is simply open up Power Automate Desktop and turn on the recorder, and attempt to download a few pdfs. Your recorder will automatically determine if the table in the webpage has mutiple invoices and adjust accordingly. So some of this is trial and error to start.
That said, this entire solution can be created, tested, and implemented in a day. If you need additional help, you will need to show your desktop flow, show screenshots of the webpage, so others can help you and connect the dots.
BUT YES, 100% DOABLE.
