Hello Everyone

I'm looking to strengthen my Power Automate skills, especially in Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Solutions, and AI integration.

Could you please recommend the best learning resources or courses

I have the same question (0)

You can start with Microsoft Applied Skills, as they are practical and hands-on:
    - Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage automated processes by using Power Automate
    - Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage model-driven apps with Power Apps and Dataverse

These are a good fit for learning Power Automate Cloud, Dataverse, and solution-based app/process design.

After that, if you want to continue into more advanced automation and RPA, you can look at:

This path should give you a solid progression from cloud automation and Dataverse into desktop automation and RPA.

If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

I personally cannot recommend any one particular course. This is mostly because I have been doing automation work for a long time and am not very familiar with courses geared toward beginners. However, I would suggest this:
    1. Start building some very simple flows from the templates to see how they work.
    2. Take the online learning that Microsoft has at Power Automate on Microsoft Learn | Microsoft Learn.
    3. Go through the forum posts to learn about ways people use Power Automate and to get an idea for some of the problems that people encounter. If you come across a post that seems like something useful to you, try and create a flow and solve the problem that was posted.
    4. Participate in some of the community calls: Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Community. A lot of what is shown is heavily focused on AI and more complicated aspects of the Power Platform, but it is a good forum to connect with other users and see what is possible.
    5. Attend the Power Platform Community Conference in Las Vegas. More information at Power Platform Community Conference 2026 | Las Vegas. I have attended this for the past two years. As of today, I see 18 sessions focused on Power Automate, which includes Power Automate Desktop.
    6. And while AI tools like Copilot may sometimes seem like they are taking you in circles or giving incorrect information, that is often because they can only respond based on the question and details provided. Just make sure you clearly explain your issue and include the important details. AI tools usually give much better answers when the question is specific and well explained.

With above suggestions, you can also start from below :

    Microsoft's "In a Day" Workshops:

Attend free, partner-led live training events. Look for the Automation in a Day event (focused on Cloud + Desktop + AI) and the App in a Day event (focused on Dataverse)
