Copy Folders from OneDrive to Google Drive

I see there are flow templates to sync OneDrive files to Google Drive, but can the same be done with folders? I have searched all over and cannot find someone attempting the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm very new to MS Flow.

    Hi @Chris_Keiper

OneDrive have triggers when a file is created. Looks like you could build the flow to achieve your requirement.

Please have a look at this link.  Here the trigger is different.

    Thanks for your reply @abm

This is close to my issue, but not quite. I am needing to sync whole folders to Google Drive, not just files. These folders and files already exist, so doing it to new files would not be greatly beneficial. I don't see any options to sync a folder that contains files already, only to sync new files or modified files. This may not be possible, but I figured it was worth asking.

    Hi @Chris_Keiper

For already existing files you need to read the file properties (Power Automate action: Get File metadata) and compare againt source and destination files.

    Thanks

    Hi @Chris_Keiper ,

As far as I know, such a requirement cannot be achieved through the existing features of MS Flow.

List files action included in the OneDrive connector can only retrieve files under the specified folder and do not include files under subfolders. This has a lot of limitations.

In addition, you could consider using the feature that both OneDrive and Google Drive can synchronize files locally to copy the entire folder.

Sync files from OneDrive to your device, copy the entire folder to Google Drive and then sync to the cloud.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

@v-bacao-msft Thanks for your reply! I kinda figured. We will probably attempt something similar to transition the files.  I appreciate all the responses!
