Flow for rejecting meeting invites during out of office hours.

Hi

I'm trying to build a flow to reject meeting invites if these invites coincide with my out of office hours.

I have already blocked timeshots in my calendar and set the category as "busy".

I have already tried out other suggested flows for similar issues.

However when I tested the flow, it would always fail. FYI I sent the invite using my personal outlook to my work account.

Much appreciated for your help! I have attached screenshot of my calendar, flow, error message.

    G'day @milkcowmoo,

Try using the ID dynamic content instead of the subject.

    Hi Campbell

Thanks! I have amended ID as per your screenshot. The flow is updated as successful but it didn't reject the meeting invite either. The message says "ActionbranchingConditionnotsatisfied".

    Do you have any idea?

    Hi all

I managed to resolve this issue by using another method.

FYI, the meeting times are in UTC and I did not bother to convert.

    Hi,

I have implemented your solution (different time window) and it works. The only problem is that the condition returns always "False" even if the even is created within the time window defined in the condition.

Am I writing the time wrongly?

I have also tried using this format, same result.

    Thank you.

    Regards.
