Flow stuck in apply to each

I have two flows, both using the same template. They are taking in results from MS forms, being approved or denied and then sending an email and creating an item in sharepoint based on the output.

The two flows are the exact same, bar the form they are pulling the data from. One flow runs no problem, the other is getting stuck in the apply to each part.

I've rebuilt it and it works fine for the first run, and then it hangs at apply to each again.

Any ideas ?

    Hi @AislingFaulkner,

The Apply to each action has a Start and wait for response action in it, so it will stock till one user responds, you could check the response if responded, then try it again.
