Issues uploading photos via form on Sharepoint App using Android device

I have created a form whereby there is a requirement to upload at least 1 photo. The take photo on iphone doesn't work but the upload works fine which is good enough for what I need. But, when using a Samsung phone the user can't upload photos. When they try to take a photo in the form or upload an existing photo, it goes back to the start of the form without any content. Effectively, it wipes the form, does not submit it and goes back to the start.

Summary

The users are all in the same organisation
Testing with other mobile devices to see if it is just Samsung or other androids.
Can't take a photo via samsung or iphone
Can upload photos via iphone fine.
