Flow fails to send adaptive card for specific user

Hi all, this is my first time here so please be gentle.

I have a flow that has been working fine for weeks but recently began to fail for one specific user.

The automated flow is triggered by a new item being added to a sharepoint list. The flow then takes some of the data form the item (user data included) and adds it to an adaptive card that is sent to a Teams channel for approval.

The error message is the flow is:

BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidJsonInBotAdaptiveCard'. Error Message: 'Microsoft.Azure.ProcessSimple.Data.Entities.Exceptions.ProcessSimpleDataException: The specified Teams flowbot adaptive card request is missing or invalid. Can you help?

@bluehoodie any further ideas on this or on where I can go from here?

@bluehoodie no, it is an individual user

    Hi @The1AndOnlyPJ ,

Is the user's email address a group email?

Thanks @bluehoodie but doesn't look like that helps me as I don't have either variables or a rich text field. The flow is working most of the the time, it appears to only be failing for one user.
