Not fully understanding. Your title makes it sound like you want to update multiple rows on an Excel with the same data, but your ask makes it sound like you want to have multiple flows and each flow talks to a different Sheet.
But the answer is, it depends on exactly what you are doing, you aren't really explaining the end to end flow, which would make it easy to answer.
Can you copy a flow. Yes, use the Save As feature and then rename it, and hard code it to an excel.
If you want to dynamically select which Sheet and or Excel it should go to, and only have 1 Flow, then you need input paramters or be able to parse the data to find out.
If you want to have different Processing Flows for each incoming ask, then you could have 1 Parent, that decides which Child flow to run against the ask, and then it triggers the proper child and passes it the data.
Need the flow better, but those are options based on what you said.
