Update rows in multiple tabs within the same

Hi

I have a flow where I want to use data from a SharePoint list to populate a templated Excel document.

I can get the data to appear on one tab, but is there a method to replicate the flow where you can select which tab the data lands on?

Thanks

    Hi @chrissmf2023

Not fully understanding. Your title makes it sound like you want to update multiple rows on an Excel with the same data, but your ask makes it sound like you want to have multiple flows and each flow talks to a different Sheet.

But the answer is, it depends on exactly what you are doing, you aren't really explaining the end to end flow, which would make it easy to answer.

Can you copy a flow. Yes, use the Save As feature and then rename it, and hard code it to an excel.

If you want to dynamically select which Sheet and or Excel it should go to, and only have 1 Flow, then you need input paramters or be able to parse the data to find out.

If you want to have different Processing Flows for each incoming ask, then you could have 1 Parent, that decides which Child flow to run against the ask, and then it triggers the proper child and passes it the data.

Need the flow better, but those are options based on what you said.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

Apologies badly worded question by me!

Essentially I have a flow which creates an excel file and table from a SharePoint list onto a tab.

I'm trying to add tabs to that same workbook in the flow but cannot work out how to either name a tab / add a tab / select which tab the data should be presented on during the flow.

    Hopefully that helps..

Thanks I will try that option..

In creating my excel workbook everything is loading into the table unless I select a date column from SharePoint where I receive an error  -

"A value must be provided for item.
    clientRequestId:"

Appreciate this isnt the point of this thread but have you any ideas? thanks
