excel connector to get a row or cell from multiple column

I tried to get the number from a specified month from a specific employee in powerautomate such as i want to get a value from employee A for the month of Jan but the connector can't get the value

Get a row for excel could only use one column to get a row

List a row not able to get the number as i need to mention in expression like Name eq 'A' but i can't put the value in filter as i want to get that value

Is there a way to get this done?
