Hi everyone, I have several pdf files (70 files in fact) which are questionnairs and I need to extract the questions and responses into an excel file, so I will be able to make some plots based on the responses. Can anyone help which actions should I use inorder to be abble to do it? I need to automize the task and have all files results in an excel file. All 70 files will be filled manual and the responses will be hand written.
Just to mention, there also three questions that are anwered as a text and not a choice.

I appreciate if someone can help me with it.

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like this is a one-time thing you need to do. If so, I am not sure it is worth the effort to try and automate this for 70 responses. It would probably take more time to automate than it would to just manually process the responses. If you do decide to automate this, you will likely need to use the AI Builder features, which is a premium action and also requires AI credits. You may need to use several AI builder models to handle this. You can learn about the AI builder models at AI models and business scenarios - AI Builder | Microsoft Learn

If this survey is going to be recurring, I would consider setting it up in Microsoft Forms and having the respondents fill it out electronically. What you really need is an AI model that handles OMR (optical mark recognition), and I don't see that as one of the models for Power Automate.

What you really need to process these is something like this, which is specifically designed for capturing the results of these bubble surveys: Iconic Scanners for Data Collection | Scantron

Don't accept this as an answer as someone may have figured out a reliable way to capture the results from these types of surveys. But if nobody else replies, I would manually process them.
