Missing Copilot Credit or AI Builder credit capacity

Hi Everyone,

I am building a Power Automate cloud flow to process PDF documents stored in Google Drive using an AI Builder Document Processing model.

Flow Details

Manually trigger a flow

Google Drive – Get file content using ID

AI Builder – Process documents

My AI model is trained and published successfully.

Error

The flow fails at the Process documents action with the following message:

Flow run failed. Missing Copilot Credit or AI Builder credit capacity. You don't have Copilot Credit or AI Builder credit capacity in this environment.

Run Details:

Status: Failed (403 Forbidden)

License: Power Automate Premium

    This means you need to allocate some credits to the environment. You do this from the admin center under licensing > capacity add-ons:
     
     
    Click on AI Builder credits and you can then choose the environment and amount to allocate to that environment. Here is additional information Capacity add-ons for Power Apps and Power Automate - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
