Very new to Power automate, I created a flow to get responses and attachments from the users of this FORM and notify a team who have to action it; the flow was working but now is sending 2 emails at the same time: 1 with 1 attachment and a second email with all the attachments.
Any idea whats happening? why the 2 emails? Thank you
