I've many flows using the SP.SendEmail REST api. It has been working fine for the past 4 years, but since this morning, the flows are executed correcly, but no email is sent to the user. Same applies when users are added to SP group, no email sent.
I'm working for several companies, and problem is the same.
Does anyone has an explanation?
There seems to be.. multiple weird issues happening across Flows, over the last couple of days.
I would suggest you call and log an issue. Many are saying similar things.
I would however, look at a Run of the flow and see if it Thinks, it sent the email so that you have more information to share when you call. (or open ticket online).
