    Hi,

Option 1: Regular Share Link to a Folder

    • Go to the folder in OneDrive.

    • Use Share > Anyone can upload.

    • You’ll get a link without any name requirement.

    • This allows unrestricted uploads.

Downside: No automatic folder separation per submitter.

Option 2: Microsoft Forms + Power Automate

    • Create a Form with file upload field (1 file only).

    • Form collects submitter info automatically (or you can hide it).

    • Power Automate flow:

      • Triggers on form submission.

      • Saves the file to your chosen location

    Advantages:

    • 1 file enforced.

    • No manual first/last name input.

    • Fully customizable.

Option 3: Power Apps Portal (More advanced)

If you need branding and full control, build a Power Apps portal or canvas app to:

    • Collect file.

    • Capture any metadata.

    • Save to SharePoint or OneDrive.
