Onedrive Excel connector throwing an error "Graph API is currently unavailable."

Hi Experts,

I created flow which will feed the output of Microsoft form and create a row in OneDrive excel. Everything working fine past 6 months without any issues, and it broken all of the sudden from 7th October IST morning hours. I didn't make any changes to flow/form/excel. I am receiving "Bad gateway" and "Graph API currently unavailable errors".

Surprisingly the same issue I can see when I try creating new flow with "Add a row into a table" action. please see below screenshot. I found few posts in this forum and mentioned that this is intermittent issue and will be resolved in 24hrs time but my flow issue still exist even after 3 days.

Is this the known issue? if yes, is there any workaround? I really appreciate if someone can quickly reply on this.

    Hi @eswarasuresh

Unfortunately while it is a known issue, the thing is which issue are you hitting

    It could

-a formula that you need to remove

-the number of rows you are adding

-capacity issues in your environment/tenant (AKA health issue)

I would definitely open a ticket to Microsoft forthis

If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank You

Thanks @FLMike for your reply and providing the possible reasons for the failure. My flow started working from this morning without any changes in the flow or excel. I assuming this might be backend fix or capacity cleared.

Also, my excel doesn't have any formulas and have hardly 1000 rows and 8 columns. So, I don't think excel is the problem here and same flow didn't work for even new excel with no data. Maybe you're correct, Capacity could have caused the problem; but I don't have valid data to justify that.

I would keep update this thread if I got any additional details.
