Desktop Flow - Trying to Move/Upload files (paths are in Excel file) to folders in SharePoint

I have tried creating a Desktop Flow which would move/upload files from a cloud folder into folders on SharePoint. The cloud file paths and part of the SharePoint paths are in an Excel file. An Example of the Excel File my Flow are included below
 
Where would I put the For Each Loop? I don't know if my variables correct?

    Is this a one off migration or a Sync ?
    If its a one off migration you can use the SharePoint Migration tool 
     
    You can use a CSV file to load it
