Hi all,

As a prerequisite, I should mention I am not a technical person, so the simpler language anyone responds with the better! In advance, thank you for any advice you can give!

I am trying to setup a flow where when someone submits an appointment in Microsoft Bookings, the booking information goes to a List I have created. This action is forbidden: Action 'When_a_appointment_is_Created' failed. The description of the error is: "The response is not in a JSON format."

The bookings page wasn't searchable, I used the end of the url instead. When I was matching the fields to bookings, it seemed to pick up the right stuff from both the page and the list, still. But when I tested it the above error message occured.

It might be worth noting, I created the list in the shared part of Sharepoint, but I created the Bookings Page under my specific work address, if that makes sense?

Any advice you can give I would greatly appreciate! Thank you
