How to do it?

Thank you.

    Hi Good Day

Just to clarify first — when you say “basic/classic version”, do you mean Power Automate Cloud (classic designer) or Power Automate Desktop?

Assuming you are using Power Automate Cloud, here’s the correct approach:

    Create a scheduled flow
     Trigger: Recurrence

Maintain a list of SharePoint sites/file paths
You can store this An array variable (simple option)

    Use Apply to each (loop)
    Loop through the site/file list

    Inside the loop
    Use the Excel Online connector:
    - Get file content OR
    - List rows present in a table
Then point it to the file in the corresponding SharePoint location
    Store results
Append each row into an array variable (preferred over a string variable for structure and formatting)

    After the loop
Use Create HTML table (or format JSON if required)
    Prepare the final consolidated output

    Hi,

Store your Excel file in OneDrive or SharePoint location and also make sure the data is in a table format.
    Create a Scheduled (Recurrence) flow.
Add action List rows present in a table (Excel Action) ----then use Apply to each to loop through all rows each row = one from the SharePoint location.
Inside the loop, add Send Email V2 action and use dynamic values from Excel to send emails for each row automatically.

I am using Power Automate Cloud (classic designer).
Need to email status of project extracted from different excel sheets placed at different sharepoint locations.
Created excel with 5 rows, each row has different sharepoint locations to extract their respect excel sheets.
But I am not able to fetch those unique locations (all locations of tracker sheet are different)
