Hi, I’ve set up a Power Automate flow but I’m having an issue with the forwarding step.
What I’m trying to do: monitor a shared mailbox (acc@_______.co.uk), when a new email arrives with “Expense” in the subject, automatically forward it to my email.
Flow setup: Trigger = When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2), Mailbox = acc@_______.co.uk, Folder = Inbox, Subject filter = Expense.
Action = Forward an email, Message Id = from trigger, To = my personal email address.
Issue: the flow does trigger but the Forward an email step fails with BadGateway.
What I’ve checked: flow is turned on, trigger is correct and detecting new emails, Message Id is populated, I can access the shared mailbox in Outlook.
Question: has anyone seen this before? Could it be permissions on the shared mailbox or an Outlook connection issue? Any help would be appreciated, thanks! 👍
