When I display the name from excel which is a Japanese name into dialog box, it can display as full name.
When insert into SQL table it show ???? for Japanese word.
*Database has been set to Nvarchar
anyone encounter before?

Try using the N prefix before your actual string. Example: INSERT INTO myTable VALUES (N'ありがとう')
