    The most common causes are duplicate emails being created, multiple flows monitoring the same mailbox, mailbox rules moving messages, or retries caused by
     
    failures.
     
    The quickest way to diagnose the issue is to log the email's InternetMessageId and compare it across the multiple runs.
     
    Once you determine whether the runs are processing the same message or different copies of the message, the appropriate fix becomes much clearer.
