I am trying to build a flow to populate a SharePoint List from a Form. Everything was working fine, but all of a sudden it is showing this message. I have all of the fields matching up correctly. Is there a reason this error message would come up? I can't find where the field "Request Type 1" is in my form, list, or anywhere! Ah!

@CROKat Are you sure that your column Request Type which appears to be a choice column values match identically to the data you are populating from the MS Form?  If you remove Request Type values on the Update item does it work?  I see you setting 3 different question values for Request Type Value which doesn't seem right typically.

I deleted the field and added it again, and it seems to work now. I have a beast of a form I've created that does have multiple answers feeding into one column on the list which is how I need it to work. I'm not sure why/how but maybe the list column title had not fully updated from "Request Type 1" to "Request Type" but it's working now!

If anyone comes accross this post with the same issue, for me, the issue was a "/" in the column names which apparently threw power automate off.

Same issue, column headers with "/" in the title trigger this error

Thanks for this - was exactly my issue.  Weirdly it's only an issue in one of a number of flows which use a similar template.  Not that it matters as my flow is now fixed lol

If all else fails, this worked for me.
