I am a freelance and I have a customer which needs to go beyond the free tier pricing (he needs something like 1000 document transactions per month rather than the 500 free).
Adobe sends him to ask local resellers to get quotes, which is quite surprising for an international cloud services provider like Adobe, and for such a low requirement for a small company. That's not very "cloud"! Furthermore, he does not expect to receive a quote before several days.
From your experience, any idea about what could be the price?
