Hi,
I've got a flow with multiple approvers. Each approver has to answer. The flow worked fine for months.
Since a few days I get an correlation-ID and error message, that something went wrong when the second approver of the flow answers the approval.
With just one approver the flow works still fine.
Any solution for this?
Thanks.
I also opened a ticked and MS support helped me during the meeting with screensharing. We just saved a copy of the Flow, turned off the old Flow, turned on the new copy and Approvals work fine now. This is the workaround for the issue
I've opened a ticket and now is the flow working again. This was a known issue.
Thanks for your help. I've opened a support ticket.
I've got totally the same behaviour. A flow which used to work fine before gets stuck now. Approvals work normally if there's only one approver, but if there are more than one - Approval gets stuck. The App with the Flow with Approvals is available on AppSource (free): https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/fluentpro-4571949.crs4pol?tab=Overview
The steps you are taking are correct and are still working for me. I think you'll need to open a support ticket on this one.
I tried a new approval flow with two approvers. It's the 'everyone must approve' action.
The first approver can approve. The second gets a error message:
Yes. The flow worked fine for months with the same approvers
And all users are internal users for the tenant?
Yes, I do. The approval request is also received by all approvers
Did you check the compose you are using to make sure the email addresses are correct and separated by semicolons ';'
