Automating Calender Invite via SharePoint List

Hi, I am trying to create a Power Automate flow to send calendar invites to everyone on a SharePoint list when the 'Due Date' is changed. I need the calendar invite to reflect the 'Due Date' (Time and Date). Going forward I will be changing the 'Due Date' on a quarterly basis and I need that to trigger the flow to have a new calendar invite which reflects the new 'Due Date'.

Please see attached photos of the SharePoint list and the flow which is not working properly. Microsoft List Details.PNGPower Automate Flow Part 1.PNGPower Automate Flow Part 2.PNGPower Automate Flow Part 3.PNG

@Andy_SA_  may i know what is not working as expected in your flow. One correction you could do is use Get Item instead of Get Items action, to get the item from its ID, that would eliminate the need to use apply to each action that would make your flow simpler.

@annajhaveri thanks for the help. I am having a problem as the invite just gets booked on the in the persons email and they don't get the option to accept/ decline. I need the calendar invite to come in as a meeting instead of just going to the persons calendar directly.

@Andy_SA_  i did just test out the Create event (V4) action and it does send the invite in email, can you double check?

Hi @annajhaveri I've tried it a number of times but I am not getting the invite, it goes straight to my calendar. I tried this on multiple email addresses. Please can you provide screenshots.

@Andy_SA_  have you tried sending to a different email address that is not yours?
