Issue inserting more than 30,000 Excel records into SQL Server using Power Automate.

I am using Power Automate to insert data from an Excel file data into SQL Server.

Scenario:

An Excel file (with more than 30,000 records) is uploaded to a SharePoint document library

The Excel file is structured as a table

A Power Automate flow is triggered when the file is uploaded

The flow uses Excel Online (Business) → “List rows present in a table”

The retrieved rows are inserted into a SQL Server table

Issue

When the Excel file contains more than 30,000 rows, then flow just insert 5000 records because of the excel connector limit. just read 5000 records from the 30000records.

What is the best approach to process large Excel files (30,000+ rows) in Power Automate?

    By default, List rows action will get 5000 items. If you need to increase the limit, you can enable pagination under settings

    For flows that don't use an instant (manual) trigger, you might experience the same issue if you try to increase the pagination value above 5,000:
