cloud flow that will issue an on prem api request

Hi All,

What is the best way to create a cloud flow that will 1. Issue a notification in Teams channel 2. Trigger a http request to an internal ATC Ansible Tower Server. I setup a data-gateway on-prem and registered. Tried to setup a custom connector with very little luck. Getting https ssl/tls errors. Allway using regardless of http setting. Any help is appreciated.
