Help - need to learn Power Automate fast

I have just wasted 3 days trying to use AI tools to build a very simple flow and I am no further forward.
 
I have 4 hours to learn this system. What are the best resources to teach myself the basis quickly?

    Power Automate and the Power Platform are too complex to learn in just four hours. As you noted, it is even too complex for AI to know how to use everything. If you need to learn it quick, I would start with the training materials located here: Official Microsoft Power Platform documentation - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn.
