Hi,
I can not find any comment mentioning How to Skip rows in Read text file in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and not Flow.
Please advise

Wait, do you mean in an excel file or do you mean a data-table variable from a text file? and what kind of row skipping are we talking about, e.g. skip every one row or skip blank rows?
yes I mean Text file. I have shared the below example of screen shot. I can skip (remove) 12 lines in PAD.

You could manually skip those lines. Example:
If you want a more dynamic table skip though, consider using [If "CurrentItem" is "Empty"] like so:
it will remove the blank item from the variable list, if that is what you're looking for?
