My flow has worked flawlessly for more than a year. Now, I am receiving the following error on the Create Table step of my flow: Graph API conflict response. Error code is 'FilteredRangeConflict'. Error message is 'The operation failed because it conflicts with a filtered range.'.

I have been working to fix but can't seem to figure out what is going on.

Would welcome any help!

Can you share more details about your setup? Are you creating a table in an existing workbook? Or are you creating a new workbook from scratch (including the new table)? A flow screenshot would also help.

What is the range where you trying to create the table in? And have you double checked if the current version of the workbook has existing filters applied (have you removed those?)

    Happy to help out 😁

    Hi @PandoraGirl,

There is a high chance Excel table or worksheet that currently has an active filter applied on the range. That's why we see the error: "The operation failed because it conflicts with a filtered range"

If that is the case, first, please check if your flow is trying to create a table on a filtered range. As a suggested fix, please remove any filters on the Excel table or worksheet before running the flow. To do so, please follow these three steps:

    1. Open the Excel file in Excel Online or desktop Excel.
    2. Clear all filters on the table or worksheet.
    3. Save the file.
If you need that filtered range, temporarily remove that to check if the flow runs successfully. Alternatively, you can maintain another copy for filtration.

Once done, please reset the connection in the flow and go for a test run.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!

    @Expiscornovus

    Thank you for your reply.

I am creating a table in an existing workbook. The Office Script step identifies the range for the table which is all lines with data in columns A:C in the file. The current workbook does not have any filters.

As mentioned previously, this flow has worked for more than a year and now it suddenly doesn't.

I have attached a copy of the flow and expanded the Run Script and Create Table steps if that helps at all.

    Hi @@PandoraGirl,

Could you please  check if the file is open elsewhere or there is any syncing issues?

To narrow down the problem, can we do use a different action like instead of creating table consider "Add a row into table" action so that we can make sure there is no issue with Excel?

While you were all offering your suggestions, I was still trying to troubleshoot on my end. Copilot ended up solving the problem by telling me to go in and relink my paths and files and behold now it works.

Thank you all for your help! I really appreciate your time.
